Founded in 2002, BDC – Biotech Développement Conseils is an independent strategy and business development consultancy dedicated exclusively to the life sciences and biotech sectors. With over 250 completed missions across Europe, South Korea, Israel and the USA, we combine deep scientific expertise with hands-on deal experience to help companies grow, partner and execute their strategic roadmap.
Our Story
BDC was created with a clear conviction: life sciences companies deserve advisors who truly understand both the science and the business. Our founding partners brought decades of experience from major pharmaceutical groups, biotech and medtech start-ups and investment funds, and built BDC to deliver the same quality of advice — with the agility, independence and dedication of a specialist boutique.
Over the past two decades, we have advised companies at every stage of development: early-stage life sciences companies defining their first strategic roadmap, growing scale-ups preparing for partnerships or fundraising rounds, and established pharma players navigating valuation exercises, strategic pivots or complex cross-border transactions.
