Corinne Szilagyi

Partner

Senior Partner at BDC, industry expert for Institut Pasteur innovation board (DARRI), and member of CPI (Committee for Invention Protection) at Institut Gustave Roussy (IGR), Corinne has more than 25 years of experience in pharma (mainly at Pfizer) and biotech, at operational and strategic levels, and over 16 years in healthcare consulting. She has developed deep expertise in R&D and project management, strategic alliances and business development, and life sciences innovations valorization. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry (University of Sherbrooke, Canada), a MSc in Human Physiopathology (University Paul Sabatier, Toulouse), and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.

Farid Bouzidi

Partner

Senior Partner at BDC, Farid brings decades of biotech and pharma leadership experience. Former Head of Business Development at AC Immune, he previously held roles at Institut Pasteur and Roche. He specialises in startup strategy, partnership structuring, contract negotiation and corporate development across the life sciences industry. Farid holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biophysics and an MBA in Finance and B2B Marketing.

Bastien Lafargue

Partner

Partner at BDC, Bastien has over 10 years of experience in life sciences consulting, with deep expertise in business development (in & out-licensing, joint ventures, partnership agreements), fundraising and strategic project assessment. He has led numerous missions across biotech, pharma and medtech, combining market, financial and scientific analyses. He holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology with a dual science and business curriculum, and a Bachelor’s in Biology from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI).
